SNMP Problem

hello eveybody 

we have 2 switches where they have same configuration with snmp and access list but still yet they are not working one does work fine and sends alert while the other doesn't send any alert i tried pinging zabbix there is ping without any problem what do u think may cause this problem they are 9200 catalyst switches with same versions.

 You need to get evidence that the switch is not sending or responding SNMP. If you have a linux server, you can test the SNMP response with the command 

snmpwalk -v 2c -c <community> <switch IP address>
