If this is an upgrade where the specific version of code is referenced in the upgrade documentation but not available on software.cisco.com, you will have to get with Cisco TAC for that version. I've had that happen to me and the engineer said, "Yup! You're right. Here's a link to download that version so you can proceed with your upgrade."
