Recently begin using Solarwinds to monitor our network. My 21 other switches are up and running on Solarwinds except for my 6506 switch. My configs for SNMP are fine and I am able allow access for the polling engine. However when it comes to Network Configuration Manager in the connection profile section, I keep getting "Test Failed. Timeout". I have tried to contact Solarwinds, but I think they are still working from home I guess. My Solarwinds ip is allowed through my access list, and I am seeing packets being permitted in the log, but for some reason it won't allow SSH from Solarwinds. Has anyone else ever have this problem?

Hi,
Under "Manage Connection Profile" section, make sure port 22 is enabled, if that does not work, try it with 23 (telnet) for testing.
Also, is SSH enabled on the switch?

Checked all those things and still no success. I know its something small that I'm over looking, but just can't figure it out.
