Hi,
Kindly verify details as below:
1. Is there the route available in Switch to send the packet to router or firewall?
2. Is route configured on router or firewall to send the reply packet to switch for VLAN subnet?
3. Are all VLAN subnets configured in NAT policy/ACL?

Have you check firewall dynamic NAT and access-lists for those VLANs that are not working?
can you ping the FW from withing the failing VLAN?
