spanning-tree mode pvst  is the global command, if you like per port config, you need to use  below options :

(config-if)#spanning-tree ?
bpdufilter Don't send or receive BPDUs on this interface
bpduguard Don't accept BPDUs on this interface
cost Change an interface's spanning tree port path cost
guard Change an interface's spanning tree guard mode
link-type Specify a link type for spanning tree protocol use
mst Multiple spanning tree
port-priority Change an interface's spanning tree port priority
portfast Portfast options for the interface
vlan VLAN Switch Spanning Tree

each option is self explanatory

In most cases if the end device is connected, it will be portfast, so it eliminate the process.

or you looking something ? please explain

As mentioned by BB, changing mode of STP must be globally for all ports on a switch.  However, some of STP features (cost, portfast, etc) can be changed or adjust per port-basis.  In case of BPDU Guard or PortFast, those can be done per interface or per switch for all interfaces in global mode.
