How to backup and restore Cisco switch configuration files if you don't have a TFTP server and the network has no online access (closed Network)?

connect console cable or ssh to switch ( show run copy in to notepad) - configure new switch and paste the config on config mode.

Copy the config into the same flash.
Alternatively, if the switch has a USB port (not for console), then the config can be stored in a supported USB thumb drive.
