is this what I should expect to see for a switch that is allowed only access to the three vlans whose bridge root is out gi0/1?
VLAN0001 GigabitEthernet0/1
VLAN0002 This bridge is root
VLAN0010 This bridge is root
VLAN0011 This bridge is root
VLAN0012 This bridge is root
VLAN0013 This bridge is root
VLAN0014 This bridge is root
VLAN0015 This bridge is root
VLAN0016 This bridge is root
VLAN0017 This bridge is root
VLAN0018 This bridge is root
VLAN0019 This bridge is root
VLAN0050 This bridge is root
VLAN0051 This bridge is root
VLAN0052 This bridge is root
VLAN0053 This bridge is root
VLAN0054 GigabitEthernet0/1
VLAN0055 This bridge is root
VLAN0056 This bridge is root
VLAN0057 This bridge is root
VLAN0059 This bridge is root
VLAN0060 This bridge is root
VLAN0061 This bridge is root
VLAN0100 This bridge is root
VLAN0101 This bridge is root
VLAN0102 This bridge is root
VLAN0103 GigabitEthernet0/1
VLAN0104 This bridge is root

Yes, if those VLANS are 1,54, and 103.
However if those are the only VLANs communicating through the switch, then the other VLANs do not need to be in the VLAN database. Are you using VTP? If not, you should consider setting VTP to transparent on all of your switches. This switch believes it's the root for the other VLANs because it's not receiving and BPDUs on those VLANs because they're all pruned on the uplinks.
Thanks,
Dave
