Can some one please help me how can I put SSH and Telnet both in bootflash.

Telnet is supported on all the IOS images. To support SSH on you 1841 router you need the following image: c1841-ipbasek9-mz.124-1c.bin . I have checkd and it meets the minimum DRAM and Flash requirement on you router. So go ahead and load the IOS that I mentioned above and you will be good to go.

What do you mean by pushing SSH and telnet both in bootflash.
Is it that you want to have an IOS which supports SSH and telnet.
or you want to enable the SSH and telnet on the BOX.
If its the later, then you can simply configure the line vty to allow the SSH and telnet on the box, after configuring the basic settings.
Line vty 0 4
transport input ssh telnet
If you want the IOS then please paste the show version from your box and we will suggest accordingly.

its will be the K9 images which supports SSH. Please paste the show version from your 1721 router and I will assist you.
You can alo findout the supported feature/release for a particular router by using the Cisco's feature navigator tool. Please find the link below and it will be of great help in near future for IOS selection.

Here is the image that you need c1700-advsecurityk9-mz.123-9c.bin . Download it and you are all set to go. It meets the DRAM and flash requirement that is there on your router.
