Hi,
Today, I have established SSH connection to 2600XM from Poderosa.
But I can not shift to "enable mode" such as following...
****************************************************************************************
R01>enable
Password: c
(When I input first letter of password "cisco", ssh-session disconnect suddenly.)
(R01 accepts another command , for example...)
R01>show version
Cisco IOS Software, C2600 Software (C2600-ADVENTERPRISEK9-M), Version 12.3(11)T7, RELEASE SOFTWARE (fc3)
****************************************************************************************
I can shift to "enable mode" by serial connection.
(COM1:9600baud)*******************************************************************
R01>enable
Password: cisco
R01#
****************************************************************************************
Additionary, I can establish SSH connection to C2950-24 and shift to enable mode from Poderosa.
(SSH from Poderosa)****************************************************************
SW03>enable
Password: cisco
SW03#show version
Cisco Internetwork Operating System Software
IOS (tm) C2950 Software (C2950-I6K2L2Q4-M), Version 12.1(22)EA13, RELEASE SOFTWARE (fc2)
****************************************************************************************

Hello Okumura,
try to use another software like putty that is freeware
you can find it here:
http://www.chiark.greenend.org.uk/~sgtatham/putty/download.html
sometimes an SSH client can crash for an SSH version mismatch
likely the switch is using SSHv1, the router may be using a later version
Hope to help
