SSH SUPPORT

HI EXPERTS,

I HAVE ONE 3750WHICH HA CURRENT IOS VERSION:- c3750-ipservices-mz.122-52.SE.bin  & 2960 SWITCH WHICH HAS CURRENT IOS: c2960-lanbase-mz.122-52.SE.bin .

CAN I ENABLE SSH ON THIS BOTH IOS PLATFORM... I TIRED IT IS NOT COMPATIBLE IOS VERSION PLEASE ADVISE WITH SOLUTION...

please find the 2960 & 3750 switches version..

Hi Suhas,

The Cisco IOS image used must be a k9(crypto) image in order to support SSH. For example c3750e-universalk9-tar.122-35.SE5.tar is a k9 (crypto) image.

Images without K9 do not have support for SSH. Please install any of the Swicth IOS with K9 and it will be able to support

SSH

For your case, both images are not k9 (crypto) image.
