Hello there,
Is there any way to get ports number appears like 48 ports in same slot (SW-9300-24P) started from (Gi1/0/1 to Gi1/0/48) , in my case the ports shown in the stack switches (Gi1/0/1 - 24 for active switch , // Gi2/0/1 - 24 for the standby switch).
Thanks in advance,
Best regard.

Hi @balaji.bandi ,
Thanks for your reply,
In my scenario , I had one of the switches with SFP+ and I need to use it , because the second device doesn't have the SFP+ card I can't use the valid one. Is there any way help to use it ?

the port numbering not possible to change, that is fixed based on the switch model.
you need to change the higher port - as @Leo Laohoo also inline with my views

No not possible - the way you thinking in the Orginal post
Only possible if you replace switch with 24 port to 48 port
the port-numbers are based on the switch model like 24 or 48 ports.

Hello @mustafahaider7543,
No...The port numbering in a Cisco Catalyst 9300 switch stack is typically based on the physical location of the ports on each switch in the stack. If you have a 9300-24P model, which has 24 physical ports, you will see port numbers in the format "Gi1/0/1" to "Gi1/0/24" for the active switch and "Gi2/0/1" to "Gi2/0/24" for the standby switch in a two-switch stack.

Change switch 1 to a 48-port switch.
