Hello,
We are having a problem with configuring 4 3650' s in a stack configuration. We are getting hardware mismatch after stacking is complete. One of the switches is 3650 24 port. They all have the same ios version. Is their something else that needs to configured or run to fix the problem.

Hello Jerry,
Were you using previously the switch?
Try to do the following:
Backup the current configurations, delete the config.text file and vlan.dat files from flash memory and reboot the switch.
Cheers.

Hey Leonardo,
Thanks for the reply to my question. These are new switches right out of the box. We have have already configure the switches with vlan information so what else can we do to fix the problem ?

Hello
Did you provision/prioritize the switches before stacking them, Also power up the master first and wait for around120 seconds to power up the secondary master then the rest
Do the all the same ios/feature sets
Are they cabled correctly:
example:
sw1 Stack-port1 ,sw2 Stack-port2
sw2 Stack-port1 ,sw3 Stack-port2
sw3 Stack-port1, sw4 Stack-port2
sw4 Stack-port1 ,sw1 Stack-port2
