Yes you can stack them.
Make sure the 2nd switch is powered off and without any configuration (including "vlan.dat") before attaching the stacking cable.
Only when you have attached the two stacking cables do you apply power to the 2nd switch.

Thanks Leolaohoo..
Two more thing i would like to know
1) As per you we can similar in vice versa case if we want to create 24 port switch as Master and 12 Port as Slave one.
2) Is it possible to create stacking in between both switch (3750 X) but both switch having different version of Universal image ??One having higher version of universal image and other lower version of image.
I will be thanks for you if you response on this...
Thanks

ALL switch members of a single stack must have the same IOS and the same Feature Set.

Yes. You can make your 24-port as Master and the 12-port as slave. Or whichever you want. The most important thing to remember is this:
1. Make sure the slave switch does NOT have any config (including "vlan.dat" file);
2. Power down the slave;
3. Attach stacking cable;
4. Power on the slave; and
5. Configure switch priority to the master (set to "15") and the slave (any number between 2 to 14).

My understanding, feature sets (or feature licenses) (excluding LANBASE feature set) don't have to match. Most common reason for this is to avoid the need to purchase full L3 for all stack members. When done, if you want L3 stack redundancy, you'll want at least two stack members with the L3 feature set (or license). (NB: I know for a fact it worked on the original 3750 series with different IOS feature set images. I'm told, by my Cisco SE, it will work on 3750X series with different feature licenses.)
My understanding is sometimes the actual installed versions don't have to match, but this should really, really be avoided! (My undestanding that this sometimes works due to auto-upgrade feature as stack can use, in some case, master's image. However it get "messy" as there are many requirements, including, I recall [?], stack ring support, per individual IOS version, for it to work correctly. Again, it's best avoided. I.e. even if "all must" isn't always technically accurate, assume that it is.)
