Hi,
Is there any limitations in using Stacking Switces using Stack Cables on Different model switches like Cisco 3750, Cisco 4948 etc.
If we use 2 cisco 3750 swithces and other as 4948 swithces as the Stack members using Stack cables. Will there be any problem or limitations in Stackwise technology ?
Should we use same model switches in a single stack ?
Thanks,
Ajay

Hi,
You can stack together any of the 3750 models, but you cannot stack 3750s with 4948.

I don';t think 4948 is stackable..Only some 2k and 3k models are stackable.
