Hi community,

I have the following case, if someone had the same scenario, please your support.

My end customer acquired initially two C9407 with only advantage suscrip. and without C9400-SUP-UPG-LIC=.

When they received the switches saw that the license C9400-SUP-UPG-LIC= is necessary to configure stackwise, then the one was also acquired. For that reason, the licenses wasn't upload to the chasis from factory. Now! i need upload it to both switches but i'm not sure what is the procedure for do that.

Your comments will be very valuable.

Hi,

Once you have the license, you can use the USB port on the switch to upload the file to the flash and then activate the license.

You can also use tftp to load the license `but USB is much faster.

See the link for how to activate it.
