I need to understand the following commands of Standard Access-list.

ip access-list standard INFINET

permit 203.90.101.224 0.0.0.31

permit 203.90.101.192 0.0.0.31

What is permit 203.90.101.224 0.0.0.31

It is permitting a range of address 203.90.101.224 - 255

but whats the meaning of last 0.0.0.31????
