Check the speed and duplex on the switch and the printer. For some printers, you have to hard set the switch port with speed and duplex.

my switch port G1/0/29 config is auto duplex and auto speed, I have 19 printers, how do i know which printer is connected to G1/0/29?

Hi Peter,
Yes, you can use below command to identify the connected port .
show ip arp <printer ip address> ----> Will get mac address of the printer
show mac add <mac address of printer from previous command> ---- Will get printer connected port.
For port flap issue, you can also try below things.
1. Try hardcode speed/duplex on both side.
2. Check the physical layer.
3. Move the printer port to other interface and see if that fix the issue as sometime switch port asic also have issue.

Post the complete output to the command "sh interface <PORT>".
