Static route configuration problem

I have configured something like the picture in Packet Tracer. As I am a new bie in networking technology I have a question. I would like to communicate to 10.0.0.0/24 network from 192.168.10.0/24 network as well as I like to forward traffic coming through the router 172.16.18.6. Its easy for me if I install a router instead of the switch 2950TT. I know that the IP range is not same and the thus the network address is different. Is there any way do this without installing a router and with existing topology structure.

If not why it is not possible?

If possible how to configure it.

If I use five different network in my LAN do I need five different router to communicate each network with other???

Router on a stick is your answer .  The 1841 does the routing for 192.168. X and 10.0.0.0  .  Make the link between the 1841 and Sw0 a trunk  and extend that vlan to sw1 .  you would also need a static route on the 2620 pointing to the new subnet  if you want that net to be able to talk to the new 10.0.0.0 net.
