Hello all,
I have a quick scenario here.
The following routes are in a routing table:
ip route 10.20.2.2 255.255.255.255 S1
ip route 10.0.0.0 255.0.0.0 S0
Where would traffic traverse, from 10.20.2.2, would it go through S0 or S1?
Thanks

The longest match is always taken. In this case the longest match for traffic destined to 10.20.2.2 is the route via S1, therefore traffic would be forwarded via S1.
Hope this helps,

It will exit the S1 interface since it has the longest match.

longest prefix match! Most specific routes are used.
