STATS LED showing Amber

Having Catalyst 2960-X series 48 port switch

The STATS LED is showing Amber, Please suggest. and also few ports are not working. getting APIPA IP.

 - Attach a console to the switch and reboot. Scrutinize the boot process and or watch for errors, if any.
