It's a bug. This is supposed to be a hidden CLI for troubleshooting purposes. If you have upgraded since this command appeared on your configuration, try the "spanning-tree optimize bpdu transmission" in global config to see if it goes away. If not, you can ignore (I would probably not upgrade just to get rid of that).
