Strage problem for L3 Vlan

Hi,

We have following switch model & IOS c2960s 12.2(55r)SE

I have created L3 valn on the switch     

interface vlan 200

desc test

Ip address 2.2.2.2 255.255.255.252

no ip route-cache cef

no ip route cache

but strage is when I have enable "ip routing" , no ip route cache & no io route-cache cef command automatically coming into under interface vlan interface

Pls suggest

This mean in these switch platforms (2960) once you configure L3 interface it won't support "Fast Switching" or "CEF-Cisco Express Forwarding" switch mechanism.
