Strange Boot rommom failed on 2960

Hi,

i have a stange issue, i can not boot on rommom.
once i power on the switch,

1. the led are not stable
2. no view in the putty
3. the fun is making sound

is this an hardware issue ?

Hello,

the system LED is orange, which indicates some sort of problem (hardware). How old is the switch ? Since you say the fan is making a strange noise, open the chassis and check if the fan has dust on it or is otherwise not working properly. Clean it up if possible...
