Strange Cisco Community website behavior.

Hi everyone,

Several hours ago I've posted a review on recovering an old 3750 switch via ROMmon after erasing its flash.

I was going to do some edit but unfortunately couldn't get into my discussion using the link in my profile.

https://community.cisco.com/t5/switching/firmware-recovery-upload-via-xmodem-rommon-console-serial-com/td-p/4164713

Website throw this error:

--------------------------------

An Unexpected Error has occurred.

  • Your request failed. Please contact your system administrator and provide the date and time you received the error and this Exception ID: 7178ED5F.

--------------------------------

On my attempt to reach the post anonymously over a private VPN I've got another error:

--------------------------------

Message Not Found

The message you are trying to access is not available.

-------------------------------

The post itself was visible for some while as I could edit it a few times after posting. Moreover, it was visible to the community as in half an hour I've got the message from the Community that 'someone "thinks your post is awesome and marked as helpful!"'

May I have any suggestions on this matter? How to handle such a problem with posts, to whom I have to address such an issue?

Weirder: Above text was posted under title "Issue with a post in the community",

https://community.cisco.com/t5/community-ideas/issue-with-a-post-in-the-community/td-p/4164845

was visible for a short while but ended up just in the same way as my previous post.

Is anyone in charge of this behavior?

P.S. For some reason the first post (rated) became available at the end of the day.
