Strange errors in 6513

I have two 6513s configured in a VSS-SSO pair. These switches provide power to Cisco IP phones (various models).

I am seeing an error that says

C6K_POWER_SW1-4-PD_NOLINKUP: The device connected to 20/25 is powered up but its link is not up in 5 seconds: Therfore, power is withdrawn for the port

There isn't even a port 20/25 on the switch!

What is this?

I see you have questions regarding the error message (C6K_POWER-SW1-4-PD_NOLINKUP The device connected to 20/25 is powered up but its link is not up in 5 seconds. Therefore, power is withdrawn from the port)

The 20/25 is referring to the Virtual slot mapping with VSS. Can post the show tech? Or can you look up on the show tech the field --- test platform software switch virtual vslot table --- and posted?
