Hi Folks
1) when y ping continous host then u will reply then timeout ,then reply,then time out,,,,,so what is the reason for that how to troubleshoot anf fix it

Can you tell me what the wrong with value higlited by red ,how to troubleshoot anf fix

The counters were last cleared more than 2 years ago. Do these errors increment when you ping?
If they are indeed incrementing, that could be a cable issue.
If they are not, i suggest taking a look at the host's routing table. I've seen a lot of cases of two default routing tables, and one a non-valid interface for instance.
