Strange web interface after C2960X firmware upgrade

Hello,

I have a 2960-X Catalyst (WS-C2960X-48FPD-L) switches with c2960x-universalk9-mz.152-7.E2 firmware (with web interface).

After updating to the latest firmware available (c2960x-universalk9-mz.152-7.E6), the web interface started to show some strange parts at the top of the page that do not work properly (attached image).

To upgrade, I have used the command:

archive download-sw /overwrite tftp://192.168.20.1/c2960x-universalk9-tar.152-7.E6.tar

Below is the directory listing:

I also tried to upgrade only de CWML file (c2960x-cwml.01_08_03.tar) without success.

Can anyone help me?

Hi @marce1000 

Unfortunately, it didn't work. I changed the the service timestamps log to datetime, save the configuration and restart the switch, but the problem persists.

- Make sure you are not suffering from browser caching effects. Use other
browser or refresh with Ctrl+F5 .

Find below the steps to solve the problem:

config t

service timestamps log datetime 

ip http authentication local

end 

write memory
