Regarding Failover/ Port channel with 2 6513s each unit running dual sup720 3B, Question with Sup720 3Bs (PFC-3B) running SSO redundacny do I have to configure ether channel? or can I go ahead and just patch between both 6513 supervisors to utilize all gig ports, since SSO is already configured, does SSO take care of ether channelling? do I have to configure port channel on top of SSO to get port/ether channel?

If I understand your question right you will need to create an etherchannel between the 6513's. All SSO does is create supervisor redundancy between the supervisors in the local chassis. SSO does not take care of etherchanneling and must be configured to work.
