%SW_MATM-4-MACFLAP_NOTIF: port Ap7/0/1 and port Ap2/0/1

We have 8x Cisco 9300-48P switches stacked and we are seeing the following error from the Application-Hosting Ports

%SW_MATM-4-MACFLAP_NOTIF: Host 3412.7856.0100 in vlan 1 is flapping between port Ap7/0/1 and port Ap2/0/1

The MAC address does not appear to be tied to any hardware vendor and we are not using any application hosting/DNA functionality.  Does anyone have any ideas?

it happened to me that servers thar were disconnected could not reconnect due to duplication of ip address. the problem involved the same MAC address.
