Switch 2950-error permission-delete flash

I have switch 2950, I want delete flash. But I can't, I have an error "permission denied".
how can I give permission?

1.  You are in ROMMON

2.  In ROMMON you cannot delete a sub-directory.  

3.  Fastest way to delete a sub-directory in ROMMON is to format the flash.

The problem was solved. I deleted the config.text file and upload again ios on the switch with xmodem.
