Hello

 If you can RMA, go for it. But, you provided a lot of information, most of them not necessary here and you did not provide any log or usefull information.

When you say your console to it but doesn´t work what do you mean? The console does not show you any information? Are you using the proper cable, PC adapter etc? Can you use this same console cable in another device?
