Switch 2960s 24ts-l check and upgrade

I recently received a 2960s 24ts-l

I executed the #sho ver command
IOS is 15.0.2 and a lot of things were reported.

As you know there is nonoriginal equipment in the market, so How can I check the originality of this?
I gonna to upgrade IOS to 152-2.E9 and what's the difference between "152-2.E9 WITH WEB BASED DEV MGR"?

   - Find  check the serial number of the device with show version  and  report that into : https://cway.cisco.com/sncheck/

   - The latter means when installing ;  you will also have a GUI available for configuring , although CLI is preferred
