Switch memory utilization vs interface utilization

CiscoWorks LMS report and alerts show high memory utilization >than 50% on some and >than 30% on most switches, whereas Rx/Tx utilization of all interfaces is very low. Is it normal? We are running cat3560 switches.

Yes thats normal , memory is dynamic it gets used and released as needed . We have ones that are above 80% and they run just fine .
