I have a switch that is not pingable and will not show up on solarwinds. It is working and all the users and phones are still functioning, but we cannot SSH to remotely manage it or use ACS. We have to console in and use local login to make any changes. We tried loading a new RSA token, but this has not seemed to resolve the issue. If anyone has any suggestions I would really appreciate it.

Which model switch?
Are you pinging it from the same subnet it is in?
If you are trying from a remote subnet is the subnet mask and default gateway configured correctly?

I am able to reach all over switches going off our core switch except for this one. The switch doesn't have a default gateway, but it never has and it used to work without it before. It has ip-forwarding instead.

adding to other post it would be nice to see your running config. may be switch only L2 ?
