Switch problm

i have a 3750 Giga speed switch,

each port is capable of 1 gb port

but when i do inventory using ciscoworks,it shows me that some ports are not functioning properly.

some ports are showing 10/100 mbps

What are the PCs connected to the 10/100 ports.Are the LAN cards also of 10/100 or 1GB?

Are the ports manually configured for the same?

Unless the user nic cards are newer gig nics that is all they are going to get is either 10 or 100 meg depending on how they are setup or autonegotiate.

If Nic and computer cards support Gig speed, check the cable standard.Is it cat5 or cat5e the one used to connect the clients.
