I have a campus network having nearly 300 switches deployed having 4507 as core and 3750 as Distribution and 2960 as Access switches. All are having the 12 version IOs. Any switch restarts / reboots, the entire network floods and comes down. Request any quick solution as the whole network is stalled.
With thanks in advance.

Wrong forum. Neither 4507 nor 3750 nor 2960 switches are Small Business class of product.
It will be moved to LAN, Switching and Routing forum.
Node, despite I'm not expert on the matter, I would like to recommend you to disclose details of Spanning Tree configuration used in your's network.

Are you not localizing vlans on this campus? I mean do you have vlans spanning across all of them.
You may consider localizing the vlans to floor or per switch so that flooding does not cross entire campus.
Thanks,

Also consider pruning unnecessary vlans on trunks. Allow only the needed one.
Hope this helps,
Thanks
