Hi Guys,

I have a 2960 which seems to be freezing up, as in nothing can be done to access or use it. Once restarted everything is ok. Is there any suggestions on where or what I should look for to see what's going on. There is no information being sent to my logging console to suggest what is wrong.

64K bytes of flash-simulated non-volatile configuration memory.

to check for heat and so on

sh env all

Upgrade to 12.2(55)SE.  I've stopped using the entire 12.2(50) train.

We have a problem with switches freezing too. For us, the problem has been power. A UPS fixed the freezing issue. Flaky power may be your cause.
