Switch software upgrade - device manager now gone?

Just upgraded a 2960X switch from 15.2.2 to 15.2(7)e. Original attempt was made via device manager, but failed. Reattempted using .bin file via TFTP, successful but now device manager interface seems to be gone.

Any way to get it back?

If the BIN file was only copied into the switch (and not the rest of the HTML) file, then SDM will not work.  

Consider this activity lucky the IOS was not corrupt after the copying.

if you want to device manager interface you need to upgrade using archieve install method example :

copy the download image to USB

# dir usbflash1:
Directory of usbflash0:/
c2960x-universalk9-tar.152-7.EXXX.tar ( change the XXX to exact version)

You can execute the entire upgrade with this one command;
# archive download-sw /overwrite usbflash0:/c2960x-universalk9-tar.152-7.EXXX.tar
