switch ssh connection freeze

Hello evreyone :)
i have in my company Catalyst 2960 , and when i connect to the switch with ssh (useing putty), after 1 min +-
the connection freeze , and i get a message "connection refused" , it's happens while i do stuff, it's working i mange to log in and start do stuff but then just freeze.
and idea why it's happening ?

Ok so you can access via ssh so its not an acl , can you post your show ip ssh amke sure its correct , have you debugged the ssh while the connection is running to see what it says when the connection breaks , whats your ssh timeout set to
check show users make sure there's not multiple sessions locked up and stored clear them if there is
If all that fails you need to check wireshark and see what exactly whats happening

SSH Enabled - version 1.99
Authentication timeout: 120 secs; Authentication retries: 3
Authentication timeout: 120 secs - I'm guessing this is the problem ? but it disconnect me even after i authenticated?

120 seconds is fine its default , it should not kick you out when your working on it , what ios version is running on the 2960 and can you post a debug of the output on the switch while this happens , debug ip ssh

I don't believe you are hitting the referenced bug with your putty version. If it is related, wait 7 minutes after it hangs and then it will start responding again.
affected iOS is 12.2(25)
