Switch stack missing MAC addresses

I had a switch stack(2960X) go down in a power hit to the building, switch came back online no issue. However now I noticed that the members 3-5 are only showing up as Provisioned. Consoled into one of the affected switches(3) RADIUS is not working.

Should I reboot just 3-5 or the entire stack to bring online?

 - Have the provisioned switches re-launched from cold boot (no power first). Attach a console to one of them, check if the boot goes normally.

Hello
Are those 3 switches actually active after the powerdown?
Are they being seen by the active stack members via their stacking-port?
Suggest power down switch 3-5, bring them up sequentially one at a time or alternatively power down whole stack, reseat all stack cabling and then again bring them up one at a time.

Reseating the switch stack module resolved the issue.
