Hello Dani Royman Simanjuntak
When you access your switch by using putty there is default console speed that is 9600 bps. If you are not able to access your switch by using the default console speed you can try with different console speeds like 4800, 1200, 2400, 19200, 38400, 57600, and 115200 baud.

Hello Dani Royman Simanjuntak
Have you tried some different terminal emulator like tera term, secure crt, hyper terminal, etc.?
Have you checked the COM port of the pc and console cable?

Hello Dani Royman Simanjuntak
Have you connected the same console cable, emulator and PC on some other router/switch?
May be there will be a fault in the console cable or COM port of the pc.
