Hello,
We have big problems with severals Cisco WS-C2960X-48TS-L running IOS : 15.2(7)E3
When we connect to a switch 2960X to manage it using https, it seems we have CPU load problem, wich end with a restart of the switch.
I have severals "crashinfo" files like that : (i could post a crashinfo file but is it confidential ?)

- Ref : https://bst.cloudapps.cisco.com/bugsearch/search?kw=SYS-3-CPUHOG%202960&pf=prdNm&sb=anfr
Check if any of these might be applicable to your case , then look for suggested Workaround, or required software upgrade(s) , if applicable.

Thanks Marce1000.
Sadly, I found Nothing about CPUHOG and HTTP CORE, no workaround and software upgrade.
The problem is really embarassing and i suppose we are not alone.
Managing the switches by https, overloads the cpu and reboots the switch.
We didn't have this problem with older versions of IOS so we should downgrade !!!

- Try latest advisory release : https://software.cisco.com/download/home/284795739/type/280805680/release/15.2.7E4
If not resolved contact TAC and ask for explanations. Further more : crashinfo file is not confidential , you may provide it here for further help , also use a syslog-server in order to be able to diagnose the problem in a wider context and observe messages logged just before and after crash and or startup info's

I find it really embarrassing for an IT Services company using HTTP to manage Cisco Catalyst switches.

Most of the time, these error messages are due to an internal software bug in the Cisco IOS Software.
Open a TAC case share necessary
And yes plan an move away from HTTP management. You may have to RMA the device
