Switching Problem

In my network i have connected Cisco SG500 series switch with Allied Telltales AT800 through UTP patch cable.It drops the packet

What are the problem and what are the solution.Please resolved my problem.

I have done m,Trunk mode, access mode,no shut down every thing i done but it happen like that only.........

check with the speed,duplex and also check by changing the cable

I already try all the things sir but the network is running fine but whenever pinging to sg500 switch some time its drop the packet but network is running fine at that time also...so please resolve the problem.

Maybe do a 'show run' on the Cisco switch so we can check out the configs?
