Switchport problems

I have been having issues with a 3750 24 port POE switch when trying to connect a Yealink W60B or Grandstream DP750 IP wireless base.  The Yealink had been running for years without any problems, but then the unit would disconnect from the switch, still had POE power, and woulld have to shutdown the port and bring it back up.  Worked fine, but then things took a turn for the worst.  It took out the port and the network connection light would not sync up.  So tried another port and same thing.  Replaced the switch with another 3750 48 port unit (getting ready to install POE IP cameras and needed the extra ports) and now three ports are out on the unit.  So got the Grandstream and same thing happened.  Took another port and did power inline never but that port is now dead too.  Any ideas?
