Hello
We have two Cisco SX350X-24F 24-port 10G SFP+ stackable managed switches. We configured them to work properly with our VLANs and we made copies of their configurations. At the end, on the one of these switches, we tried to update firmware using browser... and after "swapping" images our switch is not working properly. I mean that on every interface it drops the connection after a while. Only on the console port it works fine.
How we can do downgrade? It is even possible? By Putty and CLI commands?
Firmware version before: 2.5.8.15 - image name: image1.bin
Firmware version after: 2.5.9.15 - image name: image_tesla_hybrid_2.5.9.15_release_cisco_signed.bin - source: https://software.cisco.com/download/home/286319818/type/282463181/release/2.5.9.15

Hi
Problem solved. It was enough to use the "boot system flash" command and indicate the path to the original image file that was in the device's memory. After reboot, the switch started on the older firmware and everthing works fine.
I was unable to downgrade firmware version in the same way as I updated it because connecting to the switch via the browser was broken all the time.
