A 6500 computer restarted unexpectedly and with the Show version command it returns the following:

System returned to ROM by power cycle at 19:20:01 UTC Wed May 31 2017 (SP by power on)
System restarted at 10:11:39 MEXICO Thu Aug 27 2020

Last reset from s/w reset

I did not generate any Crash file, I already validated it, looking for documentation in Cisco I found that with the command "show logging onboard module 1 continuous start" I could obtain extra information about what could have happened:

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
UPTIME CONTINUOUS INFORMATION
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Time Stamp | Reset | Uptime
MM/DD/YYYY HH:MM:SS | Reason | years weeks days hours minutes
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
08/27/2020 09:20:42 0xA1 0 1 5 1 0
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

In the same documentation I found what 0xA1 means, and it is this "Reset data converted to generic data" But there is nothing more information, I don't know what that really means.

If I enter the same command and let it show me for a longer time, the same thing appears several times on different dates, so it has happened several times.

Do you know what this really means, if I could be facing a hardware problem?
