TDR -Not Completed

Hello- 

 

I have several 3560x switches running 12.2(55)SE8. 

 

Every TDR test I run gives me the following results

The test never completes. Any suggestions?

For a 3560, if the line test does not complete then there's a chance that the cable is faulty.  But judging by the fact it detects the speed just fine then I'm incline to say that it's a hardware "bug" with the TDR and 3560.
