Telnet Access on 3750 Switch from VLAN other than MGMT

I've got a client with some old Catalyst 3750 Switches that are setup so telnet is only allowed if I'm on the management int. I need to access from other interfaces and am not sure how. I know this is a simple command but I dont touch the CLI often enough to know how.
