Telnet and SSH traffic going through a Trunk Connection

So,

Protocols that always use the Native VLAN, therefore, their traffic is never tagged

    - DTP

    - BPDU

Protocols that always use VLAN 1, therefore, if VLAN 1 is the Native VLAN, their traffic won't be tagged, if it isn't, then they will be tagged

    - CDP

    - VTP

What about Telnet and SSH traffic going through a Trunk Connection between two Switches?

 - The question is irrelevant, because telnet and ssh , are app-level protocols and do not reside in the lower layer of the network stack such as DTP, BPDU, CDP and VTP.

it depends, so if you telnet to an ip address on a switch, which is for example configured on VLAN100, then, obviuously the traffic will pass on VLAN 100 and whatever vlan takes the return path.
