Telnet to Router on port 9130

I have a 3825 with a etherswitch module in it.

I can get to the etherswitch module virtlual console port by doing a session connection to the embeded router to switch conneciton.

I have just found out that I can also get to the console port by doing a telent to the router on port 9130.

I do a telenet (router loopback) 9130 and it connects me to the console of the etherswitch.

I can find nothing is Cisco documentation that tells me why this works.

I dont want this. How do I disable it?

Check your lines, if you have a service module installed (NAM or IPS, etc) it will create a reverse telnet line so you can configure it.   This is where the port 9130 comes available.  Just put an access-class statement on it or put in "transport input none"  Below is the default.

line XX
 no activation-character
 no exec
 transport preferred none
 transport input all
 transport output all
 stopbits 1
